Things You Need to Know

How long will it take to receive my order?​

You will receive email confirmation with tracking info via email. Most orders will ship same day but please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Domestic shipping is via either USPS or UPS and will typically arrive in 2-7 business days (however, these are only estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date). Avant-Parc is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction so please reach out if you have any questions. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We now offer shipping worldwide with free shipping on international orders of $200 or more!

Can I return/exchange my products?

Avant-Parc does not accept returns unless the item you received was damaged or defective. We do offer free exchanges for a different size (if available) or store credit. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or for store credit, it must be unworn and unwashed and the exchange process must be started within 7 days of the delivered date of the package. Please contact us to get your exchange or return started.

What if I put in the wrong address on my order?

If you put in the wrong address on your order, please contact us immediately to get it changed. If a shipping label for your order has not yet been created, we should be able to make this change before your order is shipped out. However, if you have received a shipping confirmation email, then your shipment has already been processed and the address is unable to be changed.

Please make sure that the delivery name and address you input is correct (including apartment number if applicable). If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or lack of information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs thereafter.
