You will receive email confirmation with tracking info via email after your order is placed. Most orders will ship same day but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Domestic shipping is via either USPS and will typically arrive in 2-4 business days (however, these are only estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date).
Avant-Parc is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction so please reach out if you have any questions. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If after 2 business days you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
Yes, we now offer shipping worldwide! If for some reason your region is not available, please contact us.
If you input the wrong address on your order, please contact us immediately to get it changed. If a shipping label for your order has not yet been created, we should be able to make this change before your order is shipped out. However, if you have received a shipping confirmation email, then your shipment has already been processed and the address is unable to be changed.
